Posted this in the regional section but figured there would be more help so im going to coppy and paste.

Havin some car problems need your help. My car is breaking up/bogging I noticed yesterday when Istarted driving nd it started sputtering so i looked under the hood nd realized my intake had come loose after fixing that and resetting the ecu its still doing the same thing! I need some ideas I was thinking maybe bad plugs but I changed them not too long ago. Also no CEL has came on after resetting it but I did have one before which I just assumed was the 02 sensor.

then someone asked if I had kpro nd more details..
No kpro. It happens at different times sometimes when I start from a stand still I have to give it alot of gas to get it moving and while im driving it feels like it hits a wall nd sputters. I took the plugs out nd they all looked decent none too black or burnt. Also at idle it jumps around at time nd drops to about 500 rpm feels like its about to die out. Another thing I noticed was that im smelling more gas/fumes I know i always have had a slight smell or maybe im just paranoid now but it feels stronger.

Update: codes on post 7

your primary 02 sensor has gone bad more than likely check the wiring to be safe. either caused by the bad fuel or by the fuel additive. I strongly discourage you from using them in the future. The only 2 acceptable ones that i am aware of is 1) a fuel injector cleaner tool (at your dealership) or 2) Seafoam. Do you know what I mean?

P1157 - manufacture control fuel air metering = bad primary o2. when ur at idle rpms drop like its going to die then it jumps back up? you are smelling gas because its dumping fuel to protect engine. when your at higher rpms you will run dangerous lean. get the denso, stay away from the bosch. parts store probably wont have it. take a day or two to get it. hit up an international parts store if you have one in your area. autozone/advance mark it up pretty good. under warranty take it to stealership
